ZAIRON MOTOR, S.L.'s official profiles on these platforms are communication channels to disseminate information about our activity, products, news, and promotions, as well as to answer inquiries from users and interested communities.
3. JOINT RESPONSIBILITY (CO-CONTROLLERSHIP)
In relation to the processing of data of individuals who visit, follow, or interact with our profiles, ZAIRON MOTOR, S.L. and each social media platform act, in certain cases, as joint controllers, in accordance with Article 26 of the GDPR and the jurisprudence of the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU, judgment of June 5, 2018, case C-210/16).
Each platform is, however, exclusively responsible for the processing of data it carries out on its own systems, servers, and infrastructures, in accordance with its own privacy policy. We recommend consulting them:

4. DATA WE PROCESS AND PURPOSES
4.1. Followers and public interactions
ZAIRON MOTOR, S.L. may access the public profile data of users who follow our accounts, comment on our publications, react to our content, or participate in our dynamics. The purposes of the processing are:
- Manage our presence and community on social media.
- Publish content related to our activity: vehicles, news, promotions, and events.
- Perform statistical monitoring of our publications through the native analytics tools of each platform (e.g., Meta Business Insights, TikTok Analytics).
Legal basis: Legitimate interest of ZAIRON MOTOR, S.L. in managing its digital community and disseminating its activity (Art. 6.1.f GDPR); user consent when they initiate a voluntary interaction (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
Retention period: As long as the user remains a follower or until ZAIRON MOTOR, S.L. closes the profile on the corresponding platform.
4.2. Direct messages (DM)
If the user sends us a direct message through any of our social networks, we will process the data contained in said message solely to respond to their inquiry.
Legal basis: Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) and, where appropriate, pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Retention period: The time necessary to respond to the inquiry. If this leads to a contractual relationship, the terms established in our main Privacy Policy will apply.
4.3. Contests, giveaways, and promotions
When ZAIRON MOTOR, S.L. organizes contests or giveaways on social media, it will publish the corresponding legal bases with detailed information about the purposes, legal basis, and retention period of participants' data.

5. CONDUCT AND CONTENT MODERATION
ZAIRON MOTOR, S.L. reserves the right to delete, without prior notice, comments or publications that:

- Constitute unsolicited advertising or promotional content (spam).
- Violate third-party rights, including personal data, image rights, or intellectual property.
- Are contrary to law, morality, or public order.
- Contain false or misleading information that could harm third parties.
6. RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
Users have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to the processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights in relation to the processing carried out by ZAIRON MOTOR, S.L., they can:

7. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
The social media platforms mentioned are headquartered or carry out part of their data processing outside the European Economic Area (mainly in the United States). International data transfers are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and, in the case of Meta and Google platforms, additionally by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (adopted on July 10, 2023). 8. MODIFICATIONS
ZAIRON MOTOR, S.L. reserves the right to modify this Policy when necessary, particularly to adapt it to regulatory changes or the incorporation of new social platforms. Changes will be published on this same page with an indication of the update date.
